1. Software Subscriptions

HostelDesk offers software subscription plans for hostel management. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.

However, we may offer pro-rated refunds or account credits at our sole discretion for technical issues that fundamentally prevent the use of the service for an extended period.

2. Hostel Fees & Deposits

Crucial Notice: HostelDesk does not collect rent or security deposits on behalf of hostels. All payments made for room rent, mess charges, or security deposits are paid directly to the respective Hostel Owner or Management.

Refund requests for such payments must be directed to the hostel administration. HostelDesk is not responsible for the processing, adjudication, or fulfillment of these refunds.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your software subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to the premium features of the service until the conclusion of your current billing period.

No further charges will be applied after the current period ends.
